To celebrate Spring Day on the 1 September, members of the Pepperclub team surprised the senior citizens at Nazareth House in Vredehoek with cupcakes and roses for their afternoon tea time. Needless to say, the lively conversation and sweet treats brightened up Spring Day significantly, for both Pepperclub staff and Nazareth House residents.
Pepperclub Hotel & Spa recently had the opportunity to host a group of children between the ages of 13 and 18 from the SA Children’s Home in Gardens for an educational site inspection of the hotel and its offerings. Geared towards educating the youth about the hotel industry and possible career paths within the industry, their visit to the hotel also included a presentation from each of the hotel’s department heads, who discussed how their division fits into the overall structure of the business.
The visit was not however all work and no play, and the children were treated to a ‘build your own burger’ dinner at our Sinatra’s restaurant and a movie in our retro 60s style, in-house Odeon Cinema – complete with popcorn, cool drinks and cupcakes.
-Short films, music, wining and dining-
