With so many upgrades and changes, we decided a new culinary artist was needed to lift the standard of our cuisine.

Shane Louw has been a team member for 3 months now as our Executive Chef, and has made a massive difference to our menu offering. Both local and international palettes have been treated by Shane’s skill, and his newly appointed pastry chef has delighted every sweet tooth that has experienced a host of new confectionary pleasures.

Our dining experience matches our 5-star reputation over and above, thanks to Shane and his team.
