The more relaxed sister of The Test Kitchen boasts well-known and highly acclaimed South African chefs Luke Dale-Roberts and Wesley Randles, who have created a tapas-style dining experience that has earned its place as one of the country’s number one restaurants for a number of years. Situated at the top of a silo in the Old Biscuit Mill building, the restaurant boasts panoramic views of Woodstock and the Cape Town city centre that span far beyond the horizon. While the dining is nothing short of outstanding, the ambience is somewhat relaxed.
