Pepperclub Hotel offers a variety of flexible conference spaces in central Cape Town that range from intimately spacious to a large banqueting room, all of which can comfortably host your event in a clean and safe environment. Our team is always on standby to ensure a seamless and productive conference from the planning phase, following through on every detail to the final function. Our expert conferencing team is focusing on adapting key areas that meet requirements for safe meetings & events such as conference layout that allow for social distancing, safe food & beverage, and sanitary stations in various areas of the conference.

Measuring 8.870m x 21.05m and located on the ground floor of the hotel, the Grand Palm is flooded with natural light and boasts an intimate and serene palm tree courtyard. The meeting room can be divided into two smaller sections with a soundproof divider. This diverse venue can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests under social distancing regulations for cocktail events, banquet style, cinema style, schoolroom setting and 20 delegates in a u-shape. Our team have revised our eventing capacities and meeting layouts under our Pepperclub Protect policies to abide by social distancing regulations to ensure a safe conferencing experience. 


Measuring 4.640m x 4.17m, Paradise Palm is an intimate boardroom setting yet comfortably seats 6 delegates under new social distancing regulations. This boardroom is flooded with natural light streaming in from the intimate courtyard and can easily be converted for use as an office, a small breakaway room or for smaller meetings.


The sister of Paradise Palm, Phoenix Palm measures 4.640m x 5.12m and is also an intimate boardroom seating 6 delegates. Flooded with natural light from the intimate courtyard, it can easily be converted for use as an office, a small breakaway room or for smaller meetings.


This richly-appointed 10m x 6.1m executive boardroom strikes the perfect balance between style and practicality. Designed specifically for executive meetings, it features a long boardroom table with comfortable, high-back leather executive chairs and a seating area within the boardroom.
