- The hotel's main entrance, reception, lobby, and Ruby's Café are all located on a flat, step-free surface, allowing guests to enter and move through these areas with ease. Step-free access via a ramp is available to COPA Restaurant, Paparazzi Bar, Cayenne Spa, the Odeon Cinema, conference and event facilities, and public restrooms, with lift access providing convenient access to other public areas throughout the hotel.
- Passenger lifts provide access to guest accommodation floors and public facilities, allowing guests with mobility impairments to move throughout the hotel.
- Accessible parking bays (subject to availability) and assistance from the 24-hour concierge and front desk team are available to support guests with arrival, departure, luggage, and general accessibility requirements.
Accessible Guest Room Spaces
- Selected accessible guest rooms have been thoughtfully designed with wider doorways and generous circulation space to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility.
- Accessible bathrooms in selected rooms feature walk-in showers, accessible wash basins and hand-held shower heads, ensuring greater comfort, convenience and ease of use.
- Guest rooms are equipped with conveniently positioned light switches, power outlets and room controls for enhanced accessibility, while lift access provides seamless access to all accommodation floors.
