Pepperclub Hotel offers various flexible conferencing space ranging from intimate meeting rooms to a full-service banqueting space. Situated in central Cape Town, our meeting space is surrounded by postcard views of Table Mountain and the buzzing city life. 

Our team is always on standby to ensure that your conference is well organized and one to remember. We offer seamless service from coming up with initial ideas, through to the planning phases, to following through with every detail at the final function. We provide innovative conferencing layouts, wonderful chef-selected menus to choose from and efficient, friendly staff to cater to your every need.

MINDFUL CONFERENCING

Mindful conferencing at the Pepperclub Hotel is a cause close to our hearts. For every conference booked with us, 2.5% of the proceeds will be donated to NGO or NPO charities in our surrounding communities. Our Mindful Conferencing initiative strengthens our community and is therefore a top priority in creating jobs for these NGO and NPO initiatives and assisting those in need.

CONFERENCING PACKAGES

Full day conferencing package which includes welcome tea/coffee and lunch during your functions lunch time in the day. Lunch menu options are discussed and finalized with our head chef before your function.

Half day conferencing package includes welcome tea/coffee and lunch at the end of your function. Lunch menu options are discussed and finalized with our head chef before your function.

Half day conferencing package that does not include lunch but still provides you with all your necessary conferencing requirements and services.

GRAND PALM

Measuring 8.870 m x 21.05 m and located on the ground floor of the hotel, this meeting space in Cape Town is flooded with natural light and boasts an intimate and serene palm tree courtyard. Block out curtains are provided for a more private function that need no disturbances. Stacking doors are provided in the center of Grand Palm as an option to divide the room in half for a more intimate setting. 

This diverse venue can comfortably accommodate:

  • 180 delegates for a Cocktail Event
  • 170 delegates set up in Cinema style
  • 100 delegates for Banqueting seating
  • 80 delegates for a School room setting
  • 40 delegates in a U Shape style
  • 40 delegates set up in a Boardroom style

PARADISE PALM

Measuring 4.64 m x 4.17 m, Paradise Palm is an intimate boardroom comfortably seating 6 delegates. This boardroom is the ideal choice among small conference venues in Cape Town, is flooded with natural light streaming in from the intimate courtyard and can easily be converted for the use of an office or a small break room for more intimate meetings.

The room offers access to a flatscreen television that can be plugged to your laptop to present visuals, as well as an interactive glass board. Tea/coffee station is also included.

PHOENIX PALM

The sister of Paradise Palm, Phoenix Palm measures 4.64 m x 5.12 m and is also an intimate boardroom comfortably seating 6 delegates. Flooded with natural light from the intimate courtyard, it can easily be converted for the use of an office, a small break room or a more intimate meeting.

The room offers access to a television for the use of visuals and presentations, as well as an interactive glass board. Tea/coffee station is also included.

EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM HQ

This richly appointed 10 m x 6.1 m executive boardroom strikes the perfect balance between style and practicality. Comfortably seating 12 delegates. Designed specifically for executive meetings, it features a long boardroom with very comfortable, chic black leather executive chairs. A mini seating area within the boardroom is also included along with a flip chart, tea/coffee station, flat screen television for the use of visuals and presentations. A boardroom camera is also set up in the boardroom to connect with your other colleagues, accompanied by a manually controlled speaker.
