Nick Seewer
CEO
Nick Seewer is a veteran of the South African hospitality industry with over 21 years experience as the Managing Director of Orient Express Africa - which includes the Mount Nelson in Cape Town in its portfolio. He has also managed international luxury hotel properties in countries, among others, Switzerland, England, Kenya and Botswana.

Dave Hughes
General Manager
Prior to joining the Pepper Club in August 2010 as Financial Manager, he opened the One&Only Cape Town as Director of Finance in 2009 after having been with the Sun International Group for 18 years, during which time he served in a variety of executive management positions: Finance, Commercial Operations, Project Development and new business acquisitions. He aims to lead the Pepper Club team forward with a focused sustainable business approach, the hospitality industry being dynamically service-oriented with a strong emphasis on consumerism. A professional accountant and a MBA from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University allows him to encompass both experience and expertise in commercial management within the hospitality industry whilst still maintaining and extending five star standards and service to guests.

Jannis Rodrigues
Training Liaison
Jannis Rodrigues has over 20 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, having started her career at Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate before moving to Cape Town to work at the Cellars-Hohenort Hotel and the Mount Nelson Hotel. Her forte is Rooms Division, having concentrated her experience within Front Office, Reservations and Sales & Marketing departments. She also spent some time working for Thebe Tourism Group, which gave her great insight into the operations of an Inbound Tour Operator and this experience has assisted in dealing with this important market segment.
