The Pepper Club is yet again set to spice up peoples' lives with the launch of its new restaurant, Sinatra's, providing tastes from Italy.

Gabriel Le Roux, the Executive Chef, has assembled a menu of traditional, delicate and tasty dishes from various parts of this culinary region using only the finest ingredients.

The restaurant is set to open its doors officially at the beginning of December, in time for the festive season.

Take advantage of the hotel's launch special which runs until the 20th December - at
R1490 per room, per night in one of our Deluxe Studio rooms - a great way to enjoy Cape Town and beat the Christmas rush! To enhance this special offer we will include a full English breakfast to be taken in our new restaurant, Sinatra's.

A taste of Italy in the mother city
Cape Town's food enthusiasts now have a new venue to sample the best of Italian fare after Pepper Club Hotel & Spa, the newest luxury hotel to open in Cape Town, launches its new Italian Restaurant, Sinatra's.

Inspired by legendary American singer and actor, Frank Sinatra - of Italian parentage - the restaurant infuses traditional and modern adaptations of classic Italian cuisine to suit
both locals and tourists alike, and pays considerable tribute to "ol' blue eyes" and his career.
According to Gabriel le Roux, Sinatra's Executive Chef, the restaurant manages to retain a real sense of the legend's charm and style. Sinatra's menu emphasises the chef's seasonal approach to the country's signature flavours and dishes and le Roux intends to give all guests a real taste of Italy.

The extensive menu boasts a superb selection of starters, both hot and cold, including Zuppa di Pesce and various Antipasti dishes. The main dishes range from traditional Italian pasta, risotto dishes, succulent veal and fillet to delectable seafood specialities.
