As an Owner, you receive:
- You can elect to remain a partner in the Rental Pool, which earns you a pro rata share of the hotels net room revenue. You may further elect to receive a 7% Guaranteed Return per annum for the first four years based on the purchase price of your investment. (excluding VAT, Subject to 365 days participation in the rental pool per annum)
- Exraordinary Tax Allowances - Wear & Tear and Interest.
- 5-Star Holiday's for Life - When you become an Owner at Pepper Club, you are entitled to enjoy 30 days of Owners' Usage each year. (Subject to availability and applicable taxes)

If you are (or become) a registered VAT vendor and elect to retain the property in the Rental Pool, the purchase price bares VAT at 0%. In all other instances 14% VAT
